Rick McKown has been a professional guitarist, composer and music educator for more than thirty years, is a graduate of the Musicians Institute, and is currently the owner and primary creative producer of Seventh Spring Productions. At Seventh Spring Productions Rick has composed and produced many styles of original music for a wide range of clients including: Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Bausch & Lomb, The Greenbrier, SEMI, Disney Institute, Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), Fusion Productions, Rhythm Extreme, Lift for Kids and Special Olympics of Southern California.

All original compositions produced at Seventh Spring are available for non-exclusive licensing for movie soundtracks, television, advertising, video games, corporate videos and events, and web related media.

Seventh Spring Productions also specializes in custom video scoring at a very competitive price.
